Can't reach them , they put my account on hold for no reason, wasn't doing anything wrong. A lady has sent deposit for a item , expecting delivery or pick up & I can't reach her to full full agreement. This is how get bad reviews. Or think I'm scamming .

Not to hold my account for no reason. Especially if I have sent or received deposits on items listed

My Facebook account was hacked. All of my personal login and recovery info was changed

I still haven't yet received anything to help me recover my page. I'm not sure exactly what I am to review on when no solution has been entered into the situation.

I want to boost a home Im selling and cant login. I need to send my debit info. Somebody jacked my account and it took 45 days to get it fixed so I pulled my debit card and it took 45 days to get it fixed and my money back.

Two weeks ago my account was hacked. It has been impossible to fix. I need help. I NEED HELP. I have provided all documents that FB has requested to no avail.

Hacked, disabled and unable to access. This has been horrible. One of the reasons I have FB is to keep in touch with my deployed military children. I am so sad. All of my pictures, memories, and posts stripped away.

User's recommendation: Great product until you need help. The two layer security is impossible to get around. I am so frustrated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hacked account

My music profile Kinzie Rose was hacked and I continued to contact Facebook and received no assistance at all. The hackers had changed the email so every time I asked for a code they received notice and used the code before I could. I lost all my music and memories of my brother who passed away. I have had that account since I was 13 years old. I lost huge music opportunities and messages.

My account was hacked and got blocked

My account got hacked and i got blocked out. I was forced to open a new account and then that account was under review for not following the rules then locked out. I have had a Facebook account for over 20 years never had a problem and trying to get the problem fixed isn't made easy by the company. I have lost photos that are only on the account and unable to get. Very disappointed

Had issues with the two factor authentication process because I got a new phone number and they kept sending the code to the old number although I had exited my number replacing the old with the new but I still wasn't able to get into my Facebook account on my laptop and couldn't find or get anyone to help me.

User's recommendation: Don't use the two factor authentication process or don't ever have to get a new phone number.

$300 theft

Got a messenger message a friend (true friend) on FB sent me $300 and requested me to provide a debit card or PayPal to accept it. I suspected fraud and contacted my friend. She did not send me $300. So I reported this to FB. Then the fraudster sent an email saying the same. Then my friend checked her account and $300 has been taken from her debit account on 8/11. She wants her money back. FB is being impossible to reach a live person you can speak with by phone. This is unacceptable and very bad business.
