Nothing happened all you guys want is my cc info before helping me. I should not have to go that route in I to receive help. This is urgent and Fb customer support hasnt help me or reached out to me regarding this issue. My number is 928978****. Im getting beyond livid dealing with support centers that arent and help and offer no support at all

Hacked and account deactivated

I was told I had a login from a town in Texas Ive never been to. Then my account was suspended without me knowing why or what happened. I need my account reactivated immediately. My business uses Facebook and Instagram everyday.

My daughter set this account up for me years ago unfortunately my daughter is no longer here with me someone has hacked my Facebook account change my email address I have done everything I followed all instructions including submitting a photo ID I have still been denied access to my account they will not allow me to retrieve the account reset the password so I can be secure I dont know what to do if someone could call me at 954-857-**** I would appreciate it thank you

I have been with Facebook for over 20 years and I am over doing business with them!

I've been with Facebook for a while, which as we know, doesn't mean shit...I run a buisness on there and have adds running with them and I'm currently locked out of my account going over a week now, they don't have good customer service at all...I'm really upset with this. I feel as though they want me to chase my tail to recover my account...which I wont do!! I worked so hard to get where I am and I clearly see, I did all that work on the wrong platform!! I hate them at this point!!

My account was was hacked. The boy is emailing me asking me for money to give me my Facebook back He's added his number to my Facebook He he so I can't even get a text because he's sending it to his number I have no access whatsoever to my own Facebook and my name is Mary Carmen

Lost all photo and data google deleted everything from now back to 2013 and every since then is gone on google messenger photo and fb lost all my family picks but reps were great

Because you people need to unlock me because I was not bullying anybody you people are ridiculous. I was just making a statement it's no big deal. I took what I said down off of that woman look like she wants to jump off a bridge over gas and oil who cares its just a statement that no big deal and I do not pulling nobody on this Facebook thing you people got to stop this you just automatically think someones bullying and theyre not. You guys need to rethink it. Tell the owner whatever the rich mans name is to stop this crap because hes no angel himself and I guarantee you that.

Because I'm on day 12 of a 3 day suspension

You suck!!! There is no such thing as customer service for FB. The recording on this number states we dont provide phone customer service. Then whats the point of the number? Im on day 12 of a 3 day suspension and can get no person from FB. FB has no responses to anything Ive sent via the Help Center.
