FACEBOOK COULD NOT GIVE A *** LESS ! THAT IS WHY THEY NEED TO BE RESTRAINED ! THEY NEED TO BE REGULATED !

George Martinez Feb 25, 12:07 PM EST I was contacted for a service from Facebook pay to advertise in market book so i did ! shortly afterwards they blocked my abilities to send messages or respond to messages from the adds that I Paid to Advertise .

They said that my pictures went against community standards ? I had no clue what they were talking about ? So when they asked if i wanted my pictures reviewed I said YES ! well they found out it was a mistake on their part but I would still be cut off from responding to my customers for which I paid to attract for my Items being sold on FACEBOOK !

They will not answer ANY Information they do not give a phone number for support or a Email as you can see from the Form i filled out for you guys and the Corporate office has a phone number that tells you they dont answer phone calls ?? That is THEFT ! They should have some oversight If they are drafting your hard earned money for their platform then cut you off from using it they should at the very least have a phone number for help ? If you are paying for a service they should not be able to cut off your ability to food on the table on a whim !

What makes it worst is that even when they find out they made a mistake they don't apologize and correct it !I am out my money that I am still getting drafted with no way to stop it and I am 100% certain that i have lost revenue from people that have informed me that they purchased somewhere else !

ONE COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS MUCH POWER WITH NO OVERSIGHT ! GEORGE M

I wished to report a man who threatened my child because he didn't agree with my post. I am a single mother with a 16 year old child and a now scared because of Facebook and their lack of control

I'm having some trouble logging into my Facebook account due to the Google authenticator code

So every time I go to login to my Facebook page I'm going to count it's asking me for a Google authenticator code and if I log out of my login area of my Facebook page and I go over to my the Google authenticator code and get it and go back then I've got to start all over again the code has expired by that time how I think there should be another other options about verifying who you are and when it comes to logging into Facebook or messenger or Instagram or anything you shouldn't have just one option and not be able to get into your accounts

User's recommendation: My recommendation is instead of this Google authenticator code if somebody only has a cell phone to log into their account then they should be able to receive The code by a text message.

I CANNOT GET INTO MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT

To whom it may concern, I have not been able to log into my account "Teddy Reimel" on Facebook. I understand there was not any activity on the account for a couple years because I was battling with cancer. Now I am trying to log in and it keeps telling I need to verify my identity. I have tried to send a copy of my birth certificate and other things but it won't allow me to send it to Facebook. Please can someone look into this matter for me. It should not be so hard to get in contact with Facebook when one of there customers are trying to contact there office. I had read a lot of reviews online and that seems to be a big problem for a lot of Facebook customers. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. Thank you, Theodore "Teddy" Reimel
