My friends face book account have been deactivated automatically now how we recover that accounts.. plss help me...

I got licked out of my Facebook account just because I attempted to use another browser to see a video my husband posted on my timeline (it wouldn't play while using Firefox). I answered every single security "challenge" correctly identification of my posts, my friends' photos and birthdate. I'm pretty darn sure I know my own birthdate!

They want my picture with a handwritten code for identification. I have been using Facebook for 10 years and now they want ID. I don't know what code they want. I think it is elder abuse. They say I asked for "Two factor identification. That is a lie. That is a hardship for me and I never asked for two factor ID. They say they will send a code to my cellphone or email and they do not. I don't know why they are harassing me but they are not letting me see my grand children's posts. Let them get their house in order so people can use their silly service without their annoyances. They will probably say "everything they do is to protect the consumer. I think they are full of BS... they could hey want my picture with a handwritten code for identification. My husband has been trying for 3-days to delete his facebook account - even sending them a copy of his passport to no avail. Someone hacked into his account that he has not used in years. He does not know his password, he has tried to reset it 6-times and it will not let him in to his account. Then they wanted his phone number - well it is an old, old phone number that he doesn't even remember. He keeps going around in circles with them......ridiculous!!!

There are multiple times during the course of the week I get a password reset notice and I noticed that the login are from anywhere outside of my immediate area. There is no customer service for Facebook there is no one to turn to for a system you have to monitor your account daily. Information is supposed to be private. If . anyone has any suggestions. please advise because there's no customer service at Facebook. I probably will closing my account due to this activity.

Facebook allows radical muslims to post the burning American flag, how many Christians (innocent children too) they have beheaded or stoned. They are Pro illegal aliens getting a free pass into America and all the benefits. Facebook is very Pro anti gay when it comes to so called men of the cloth. They are very PRO HORSE SLAUGHTER. Anti Native Americans Rights, and helping to up hold treaties. Once you have been reported, the Facebook censors watch your every post. If you make a comment or post they don't like you can post for 3 days (Facebook jail). Facebook is not a social media site, it's a socialistic media site. Trained primates could do a better than bobble head Facebook staff do.

The website will not allow my LEGAL name, keeps saying over and over that you cannot use Nicknames. It's my legal name on my birth certificate. It allowed me to use a Fake first name, but not my legal name. There is no way to talk to someone to fix it. I am Native American mixed and my name is a reflection of my heritage.. unfair business practice.

I have posted about an individual who has vowed to close down Equine Kill Pens and Rescues. All my information has come from public post on Facebook, the Internet, and YouTube(posted by the individual herself). The individual has lied and made false accusations (with the help of her followers). They have gotten kilp pens, rescues, and private parties pages banned on Facebook. I myself am in Facebook jail for harassment and bullying. Not to mention this individual has filed an incident report with Texas (city unknown) for TERRORISM. There's been absolutely no threat to this individual of physical violence. I can't even ask a question to Facebook via message and post. Beware of double standards.

Cannot edit to replace some account information. Many visitors/readers did not read carefully and understand the content. And I get bothered when they disturbed me with their wrongly intended calls.
