While it has been well over a month, Facebook has yet to contact me. Anyone that finds Facebook customer service reliable is a total psychopath.

Account taken over completely and Facebook support is atrocious. Absolutely horrible and unreliable. Unresponsive and non existent. That is what you can expect from trying to contact anything related to Facebook and I have absolutely no positive feedback on the matter. Trying to contact someone is as useful as talking to a brick wall. You will get nowhere. I just wonder if it will take a lawyer and a case in court to get them to actually do something about it. Though twitter may be better on contacting you, I still want my account back. It is 11 years old.

User's recommendation: Never use Facebook for anything. Twitter is better in any and every way.

Locked out due to phone service provider change

I have been using two-factor authentication for about a year. And I never imaged that because I changed phone service providers that I'd be not allowed to sign in. I still have the same phone number, so why does it matter which phone service provider I use? I have not had a problem like this with a banking or credit card providers who also use two-factor authentication. So why is FB the only service that has a problem with me changing my phone service provider. I'm still the same person. I still have to know my password. And even the VA will verify who we are through ID.me. So why can't FB?

User's recommendation: Don't use two-factor authentication with FB, because they don't know what they are doing.

I contacted them and the recording stated that they dont handle issues dealing with Facebook over the phone if you need assistance go the help link on any Facebook page and get assistance there. But my question is if you cant access your account how can you get any assistance to help you. That really poor support from Facebook.

Said they don't allow calls at this time, and they don't have email??? How are we supposed to get ahold of them? I'm really confused. I've been locked out of my Facebook for two days now and now my Facebook has been deleted. All the pictures of my daughter and siblings, gone family members are gone. What the heck Facebook!!! Any recommendations would be really helpful!

I still am not able to get into my Facebook account, I actually opened up another one with the same name even though you're not supposed to because I thought I'd be able to get into it. I actually sent myself a friend request but still no luck
