Unauthorized money taken out of my account

You guys took $25.00 out of my account two times and I just got an email saying that I authorized it and agreed to the term when I did not. I am so upset right now because I feel like Facebook has taken my money and taken advantage of me by telling me that I agreed to the terms. My next step is to contact the head of the company.

My personal profile and the personal profiles of 3 of my admin for our business page were disabled by facebook all within 24 hours. No reason given. The pages / profiles were legit and 8-10 years old. One you disabled was an elderly woman who uses facebook to contact her family especially during covid. Facebook had NO PROBLEM taking our ad revenue for our business page but then disables our real profiles. This is a total scam on their part and if anything I find Facebook to be totally corrupt and is robbing business owners of their money and then their profiles. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
