After 2 weeks of trying all the online steps FB gives...I still have no access.
I have reset my password daily, and entered the 6 digit code they send.
Even after that, today, a new message after doing those steps, I was told I need to enter the code from a third party authentication app....that I don't have...but The HACKER sure as *** does.
So, I called FB Customer Support, the first rep Steven, hung up on me. Called back, and the 2nd rep asked me for my credit card info so he, Sam, could charge me a one-time fee to unlock my account. WTH!!!!!
He could barely speak English, Like NO, I am NOT giving my credit card info to someone who would not give me Employee number, and direct phone number.
So, I still have no access, even after providing FB my gov't ID.
After 15 years of FB and over 4,000 friends, and never ever had an issue before, if THIS IS HOW FB treats people., it may be time to find another app, theirs has become a nightmare.
Too bad the 15,000+ connections I have on LinkedIn, are business related.
I guess Facebook doesn't want me to share with friends and family.
User's recommendation: Stay away from Facebook...they Suck now.
Preferred solution: I want my account back... And whoever 'c**********v@hotmail' removed..
