Dear Sir, Madam,

My account has been blocked following an error I made in updating my birth date.

And it's impossible to get it back despite the fact that I answered stright away the different requests done by mail.

Actually the account is used for a sport club for which I am the owner and the professor, and when updating the birth date I entered the actual club date creation (ie 1st Sept 2014), which blocked teh account (as well as the club's INSTAGRAM and MESENGER)

Hence when I provided my passport as requested, the system answered "we cannot confirm you are the owner of the account.

My account is AIKIBUDO AURELIEN (in France)

Thanks a lot for your help and support, it's very important for the clib to get it back to normal
