We create yesterday a business Facebook page.
We have a problem when adding a button for WhatsApp message, maybe due to redundancy in WhatsApp number, especially when entering our WhatsApp number and received code : your advertising access is restricted by send us an alert containing this message You are no longer allowed to use Facebook products to advertise, you cannot run ads, manage, advertising, assist or create new ad or business account.
Also we receive today an alert containing this message: Due to privacy rules in some region. some inbox features and messaging related insight may be unavailable right now, affected insights in place of data or maybe lower than expected.
Please to clarify and to help us to resolve these issues on our business Facebook page that will be used as educational web site (Modern Online Education-MOE is the name of our business Facebook page).
