New ReviewerI turned to you folks for some help. Instead I was directed to a service that I would have had to pay for to solve something that was internal caused by a system error at Facebook that locked me out of my account and any other Facebook site.
Even for help!!!
I was deeply disappointed in this kind of customer service. At AT&T they did everything to solve or fix this issue at no cost. When I contact Colonial Williamsburg about an oversight on an issue they stepped up and address the concerns. Sent me a wonderful note and I was deeply moved by their actions.
Same with the Huntington Library in San Marino.
I will set up an new account with Facebook but I wish you folks would do something to reshape your service so it is more welcoming and more customers friendly in solving issues like I experience. Thank you for your time. And do know I find many things about Facebook that I like.
But this event really was not something I was expecting. My best to you all.
