I was hacked by an [PERSON_NAME]. My birthday is [DATE_OF_BIRTH].
My FB account was shut down for no apparent reason. This has never happened to me before because I am a law-abiding senior citizen. I do not curse or slander and have been on FB for over 15 years. I struggled to send my picture on my license to your company.
I have no idea how [PERSON_NAME] or [PERSON_NAME] were able to get into my account.
I saw her name but ignored it because I thought it was non-consequential. Please inform me what happened and what I need to do to reinstate my FB account.

- - Created a new Facebook business page.
- - Verification shows an appeal filed, which I did not submit, and I'm worried about the restriction.
Account was immediately deleted upon creation with no way to contact them.
Business page was immediately deleted after providing required information to create a new page.
Update profile was deleted, no warning, no appeal option.
No customer service help.
No customer support.
I created a brand new FB business page. Immediately after completing the required video selfie verification, the account status updated to indicate that I have filed an appeal. I have not submitted any such appeal, and as this is a new page, I am concerned about this immediate restriction.
- No response to the crash of the platform
- Facebook has no customer service
- No live assistance or customer service

My Facebook account has been hacked! I have changed the password 5 minutes ago there is a Meta Horizons account attached to this account that I did not set up!
Crimson.Puffin9498 I cannot add photos with my computer to Facebook account because evidently it is restricted because earlier today I called a phone number that came up on Google for Facebook support only to find out the people on the phone were scammers I spoke to ETHAN who informed me that my account was restricted because someone was using my account to buy bit coin! I do not own bit coin nor have I ever bought any I wont buy something I cannot hold in my hands!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
I'm back on Facebook but I still can not add photos and this has gone on for months!Your file can't be uploaded: image.png

I have never nor would ever hurt a child people who do deserve to be castrated!
Facebook will not show me the photo in question, and It was AI that caught the post, and why *** about a post from May 12th 2025? Facebook needs to be more user-friendly and allow us to take down Reels altogether and allow us to unfriend multiple people ate once and unfollow multiple groups at once! The other day I posted a photo of {{Redacted}} in a diaper that I shared from a group and after I thought about it I deleted it myself yet the restriced me then 20 minuted later the recinded and restored me! There use of AI to make decisions on what we can post is not fair to law abiding citizens who do not post anything Illegal!

- - They said they had nothing to do with it and there was no response.
Ok. So I hit the jackpot.
The guy on FB whom you get the link through and send money to, and they load it to your account on FB, well, he said he had nothing to do with my winnings to contact it within the game. But yet there was no way. I tried to email them and it said that no email with that name. So I could not email them or anything, and still nothing at all from anyone.
Don't waste your time. Don't.

The advise would be to announce any changes to their policies well in advance ,give customers more option than the ones that put you in difficult position!But the most advise i would give is to have a special line for complains of this nature!
Dear *** or madam,
I have been in a position by Meta and Facebook that I can only access my Facebook page if I pay a monthly fee or I agree with my data being shared with commercials!
I do not agree with any blackmail done to myself or my account!
Either they let me use this freely and give me an advance notice or I will close my account and I will claim compensation for any damages made to myself and my family!

Facebook feels the need to harass
So this has been on going since June 7th 2026. Today is June 14th 2026.
Facebook refuses to stop it.
All of their employees also refuse, and feel the need to stalk and harass me every single day with the hope that I will change from a real person. I had to file a complaint with the FCC because Facebook will not stop.
