Harassment on marketplace

A person tried to buy my vehicle on Facebook and I refused the deal with him. Now he's been sending harassing threatening messages. I need him reported. He's also been reported to Mesa Police department

I called talk to some one and they had me do something with cdkeys and when that did not work they told me to do something with venmo and my had me send money a so call dummy trascaction themoneybwas suppose to be refunded a d is still not in my account .

This customer support is terrible.

Facebook - This customer support is terrible.
Why cant there be a quick customer support like chat, call or even a email. Theres nothing. Its is frustrating to have a problem and then there is nothing that can be done about it. I couldnt find another way to get into contact with Facebook or there that this. Where can I go for good customer support? It say it cant monetize my page well why?

Carlton Rowe (group founder), Spencer Thompson, and astraltarotmystic were admins for TCM Classic Movie group! On 03/23/24 Mason Blackner removed and blocked us from our group! Spencer Thompson recently made Mason an admin. We have been involved with the group from the beginning! Mason Blackner had no justification to remove and blocking us from group. We want him immediately removed and banned from our group. We wish to be restored to our admin status.

User's recommendation: Provide a 1-800 telephone number.
