Somebody has hacked my account and I took it upon my myself and created a new account and I still got blocked from Facebook because my page didn't fit "Community Standards". I'm trying to start my own business and I can't advertise without my Facebook account to get the word out.

I've had an issue with a messenger, couldn't use it on my mobile device, and all my attempts to contact Facebook customer service have failed. No response so far to chat messages, unable to make a call, no person to talk to. It seems like Facebook doesn't care about its users.

User's recommendation: Don't use Facebook messenger, use other apps instead.

Hacked no help

After husband died I deactivated my account and became a hermit recently Ive needed human contact so I attempt to reactivate it and found it was hacked I submitted my id numerous times at little success I gained entry 1 time decided it overwhelming and thought Id revisit but never did because it no longer exists

Facebook - I'm still having the same issues with the verification of my account.
It's the same my last review. I even tried the process to log into my account. I put in my password then I was taken to the verification of identity verification. I then had to change my password AGAIN Sarcastic AngryWtfSarcasticAngryWtf!!! I WOULD GRATELY APPRECIATE it if this issue was resolved ASAP!!! I have NOT done anything WRONG. So I don't know why I am having to go through all of this again & again. I with that being said PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM/ISSUE!!!

I did report two account for marketplace since I did buy from them, paid with bank transfer and never received the items.. I lost $85 from this transaction and even after the report I havent received any support from Facebook and this people are still free to scam other people.. I was expecting a refund or at least someone to ask me more details about why I was reporting them and what did happen there is no protection for buyers on marketplace and Facebook doesnt care when someone reports a seller.. very disappointed!!

So far Facebook has ignored the real problem and has taken sides with the hackers.

I have notified Facebook many times and they determine the hackers are not breaking the rules. It seems FB does not take cases like this seriously; they are on the side of the hackers and not the victims.

I am suspended for 30 days and I am the one who has done nothing wrong.

I would like the account to be terminated if I cannot have it completely recovered. Thanks

Someone who is not my friend has hacked into my Element_op@***.com Facebook account and is pretending to be me. My friends are receiving messages and are feeling harassed. I have reported this to Facebook, and they look the other way, the hackers always win and Facebook turns a blind eye. Facebook does not take hacked accounts seriously as a professional corporation should conduct themselves.

User's recommendation: No monetary actions online, do not give out any codes, block anyone who asks more than once for money or a recovery code.

My Facebook account Manny el bean gonzales was hacked yesterday and is now messaging all of my friends for money and I was notified of my password or email being changed on this I want the old Facebook account shut down before they scam anyone for money

Every time I turn around someone is getting into my account of fb is disabling it I need this to stop or I will just get tired enough to stay away from Facebook so sick of this no customer service waste of time calling no help they need better security from the hackers and I don't like them tracking my every move I am good upstanding woman they let a uber eats guy getting and *** and take my actt what next I since made a new one as they suggested and guess what its disabled and I have 2 factor what's the use anymore using Fb
