My account was suspended 30 days ago.

I sent my valid identification to you and have heard nothing back. Whilst I understand the issues you are having during the current pandemic it is disappointing to see my account is now permanently disabled.

I have lost important information and photos of my deceased parents as well as my children.

Whilst I understand the need for certain items or photos to be deleted I have not caused any offence. I have seen a lot worse displayed on your pages.

I am greatly disappointed that I have lost such valuable things through the posting of one picture that may have upset someone.

Would you please be able to review my account and enable me to reconnect with family and friends in the United Kingdom. I currently reside in Australia.

Your help in this matter is appreciated and I look forward to a positive response.
