I have had over 10 open claims. FB themselves revolved just 3 cases.
Two of which were wrongly decided. I had to ask Paypal to step in. FB then blocked my paypal account from being used.
I asked them why several times. No response.
After that I had to use my credit card to buy stuff.
I bought 3 things. Again one was never sent and one was wrongly described. I filed 2 cases. The never sent one again closed for "refund has been made".
The thing was I paid $65 and got refunded $5. I contacted for that. No response.
I had to call my bank and provided all the proof to get my money back.
Now one case is still pending since December 17 2021. The by.tch who sold the thing to me said she would arrange a refund then I would send the thing back, but she stopped responding to my text.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
