New ReviewerDear Facebook,
I REALLY need your help URGENTLY.
On Saturday at 7pm I got an email saying someone requested to reset my Facebook password (which I did not request), note screenshot of the email from Facebook:
At 8:14 I got an email saying that someone from an IP address in Toronto (which was not me, my IP is ALWAYS Severn) had logged into my Facebook
My friend texted me saying she saw 10 *** videos posted to my wall within 1 minute, then at 8:20 (only 6 minutes after someone logged it at that Toronto IP address, I received an email from Facebook saying my account has been deactivated because of this activity
Ive tried to reset my password and get back in, but Facebook wont let me and I only have 25 days until my entire Facebook will be gone forever.
Please help.
My husband tragically died this summer and I have 3 young children with whom I have captured our whole life through Facebook. I need to be able to gain access to our past so the kids can have these memories with their father. Now on his Facebook memoir page it doesnt have all the moments he was tagged in with me and the kids and our life.
Please help.
I need to have my past memories with my husband and our life with the kids. Please let me know what I can do before the 25 days is over. I cannot lose my past memories
Preferred solution: Reactivate my account.
