Hi, my name is Nick Frenzo. I was unable to access my Facebook account and Oculus account since Tuesday, 1/4/22.
I have received emails from Facebook notifying me that someone has accessed my account (in Florida and Massachusetts). However, I did not give permission or access the account in these states. I attempted to complete the "forget password" and an unfamiliar email account is attached to the Facebook account (s*********f@***.com). When I receive the verification code on my comcast email, a pop up saying I have tried too many times and cannot change my password, with the correct numbers.
I have also sent Facebook my license to validate that I am the correct and primary user of the account, but that did not work.
I have spent money on Oculus games, I was given this as a gift and unable to use it because of this issue.
I am worried that my credit card information and other personal information have been compromised since this has not been resolved. Please help, thanks!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
