New ReviewerIf I could give them ZERO stars I would. I have no confidence in this company and their procedures.
My Facebook account was hacked and I was able to get in, change my password, go through the facebook.com/hacked procedure. Still the hacker managed to get ahold of my facebook ads account and charge $500 in ads while taking me off as admin so I couldn't disable the ads. Through this still accessible account, I got on a chat and then the phone with customer support and they said they would lock the account and no more charges and I would be refunded. I didn't get refunded, I can't get into my account to get back onto a chat and as we know Facebook doesn't offer support via email or phone, only through your account - which I can't get into.
How is this good business? How are they able to operate in this manner.
I can't get ahold of anyone and I am so angry! My reference ID is : 538836****191550
