Facebook - Haven’t received any help even though I’ve reached out multiple times for help. There is nothing I can do about it. I need help for a employee

25 days ago my Facebook account was hacked and apparently who ever hacked my account posted a nasty video on my page from what my family told me. By the time I knew what was happening it was to late and my account was already disabled.
Im still disabled and not able to recover it. Ive changed my password and tried to work through the Facebook hacked account website but kept getting stuck and it wasnt fixing it. I would really like for my Facebook and Instagram account to be recover. I sent Facebook multiple emails to different emails, reported multiple problems on the help section of Facebook, even tried calling but they arent doing that anymore I guess.
So if someone know a way for me to fix this somehow / get in contact with Facebook so I can get my accounts back that would be great. I only have 5 days left
