So far I have not received a reply from Facebook. I have an INNOVATE CARPET CLEANING page and I just can't make campaign ads because they don't allow it.

Yes, I spoke to Facebook support, but unfortunately they didn't solve my problem. I have three accounts on the platform: The first is my personal (normal no problems), the second is my company (account blocked for ads) and the third is my YouTube channel (account disabled).
They just told me that's how it is, period. There are too many fake accounts to spam and I think they think I'm one of those people.
I gave all the information they asked me to, all the personal data and documents, but everything is the same. I JUST WANT TO DO THE ADS TO SELL MY CARPET CLEANING SERVICE, THAT'S ALL...
