Facebook - I got logged out for no reason and I'm not receiving the login code for an inquiry

New ReviewerI got a Facebook account for the Nintendo 3ds screen share service, and not even a day later, before I could post anything or even connect my 3ds to it, I get told my account has been suspended for unlisted reasons. I attempted to get an inquiry code, and after many tries, I've concluded that it is incapable of sending it to my phone, despite me re registering my number and resending the code dozens of times.
I called the Facebook helpline, and it just says customer service is unavailable and to go on to the website and click help, but the issue is that I can't get on Facebook, much less to the help section.
I tried other way to try to get in contact, but those other ways cost money. So in short, Facebook may be okay, but I wouldn't know, since I never got to use it, and I still don't know why.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Facebook Pros: Connection to the nintendo 3ds screen share.
Facebook Cons: No response when contacting customer service, No phone support available.
