I logged into a new desk top computer for the first time, I purchased it for business, and it is located in the same home as all of my other devices. I changed my password using the email to reset my password and confirm my identity.
Facebook locked me out of my account.
They have no customer service phone number, poor managing skills.
It Could be five days before I hear from anyone, that's a full week of work for me!
Seems extremely unprofessional! Speaking of unprofessional, how professional do you think I look right now, not being able to contact any of my clients?
Thanks a lot, Facebook! I'll be waiting to get back into my account, but shortly after I'll be telling my following I probably will not be working on your platform ever again!
