I have went through the seller already and she has told me that she has not received any payments or anything she told me to go through marketplace which I normally would never do but I did I found her post that she had made for me to purchase her items for my daughter and when I did I pushed by now I followed the instructions it asked me for my address once I did all of that and put my card information in it said place order once I placed order my card was automatically charged which she has a receipt as well I used my debit card chime for $100 and she is saying that she has not received any payments or anything on her end she is not going to mail me out the merchandise so I am needing this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as this isn't fair to me to be out of $100 I have send on Facebook pictures of the receipt showing that my card was charged to her name that's on Facebook as well as I send them her name that's on Facebook! she also gave me this confirmation that was emailed to her she's saying Facebook sent her this confirmation cuz she doesn't see it in Facebook pay which my credit card is showing it paid through Facebook pay not marketing pay as she saying it would normally show her as marketing paid that's how she gets paid so I'm not sure what's going on I just know that I'm out of $100 off of someone that is selling things on marketing place!!
And I have the confirmation improve of purchase which is my bank statement that states it was paid to her which is her Facebook name which is her marketing page name as well if someone can please get back to me earlier this convenience have a greatly appreciated as this was my five year olds Christmas gift and at this point I don't even want the merchandise I would like my money back cuz I don't even trust this marketing place thing! for her to tell me she doesn't know where my money went and I said send it the way she told me to and I paid her and it says her name and my bank account sent to her I don't feel like it's a trusted site at all
