Account help: unable to log into my Facebook account (its not disabled)
If you need help logging in to your active Facebook account, please follow the instructions on this Facebook Help article. You do not need to respond to this email.
Account help: my Facebook account is disabled
If youre able to log into your Facebook account but experience an error stating it is disabled, follow the instructions in the Facebook app or this Facebook Help article and do not create additional Facebook accounts.
If your account is still disabled after you followed the steps above, respond to this email with following information and well do our best to look into it: 1.
The name and current email address on your Facebook account 2. An alternative email address that has not been associated with any Facebook accounts before (this helps us if we need to secure your account) 3. Your Portal product serial number (if you haven't received it yet, please wait until you have it) 4.
The exact error message you received when trying to access your Facebook account (include screenshots) 5. Country of residence
