Facebook along with Instagram has an extremely serious issue in Ukraine surrounding alleged businesses advertising on your platforms some not paying tax or complying with International Laws.

There are recently numerous alleged Recruitment agencies advertising for jobs and language training in Europe where in reality our checks have confirmed none are compliant with European Data Protection Laws namely GDPR.

Secondly non hold the relevant licenses in there advertised countries for recruitment agencies, which violates the Local Laws of each individual country including European Laws.

Thirdly most of the alleged agencies advertising dont hold the relevant qualifications to teach foreign languages, plus trying to extort or coercion to obtain money without any legally binding contracts in place including the fact of redistribution of Copyrighted Material with No License to Reproduce and charging money for a book which is printed from computer.

Obviously Facebook has a duty to ensure all Laws and Regulations are followed and to remind you Ukraine is currently defined as part of Europe as on the Entry Stage, additionally all Facebook products must comply with GDPR here and ensure everything is factual.

Its highly recommended that any further advertising gets stopped and reviewed to make sure compliant with all relevant Laws not excluding the fact that Facebook is fully compliant and not assisting any illegal activities. Additionally its highly recommended as majority ignore any Laws that Facebook starts asking advertisers for Proof of registration in European Countries and evidence of Verified Language Training certificates from relevant countries.

Our business today has uncovered in two hours on Instagram and Facebook over 157 businesses which are not registered or legally compliant in Europe.

Additionally we are a Global Business Of Lawyers and Criminologists plus relevant sections involved and have exceptionally good reputation with numerous Global Law Enforcement Agencies.

How is Facebook going to take action to protect innocent people from potential Fraud.

How is Facebook going to make sure all advertisements for anything Internationally is compliant with GDPR and Local Countries Laws.

How is Facebook somehow failing again to protect Personal Data after multiple Lawsuits?

What actions are Facebook going to take to make advertisements stricter to protect the public and help reduce Fraud and Criminal Activities?

I look forward to your your answers and reply plus what steps your going to take as a business to be more responsible as Im sure Facebook doesnt want more Legal Action and Global attention again after events of recent years.

Kind Regards,

Dr.
