Back in September of last year. A friend I met on facebook put out this post where you had to guess what number you could spot in the background of a picture.

I was one of many who commented and received an inbox message from the person who I thought was my real friend. something told me not to believe this individual as being the actual guy, but they went do for as to posted a picture of himself holding his driver's license to prove that it was actually him. Like a fool I believed it was actually him and this individual (scammer!) told me that he works for some government department and he would give us a certain amount of money if we (my friend, others, and I) money if we send a certain amount to him by using our cash app and exchange it into bitcoins to send to him and in the process he would give us the amount we picked based on the charts category. It seemed like everytime it was transferred into the bitcoins account the person would get a message from cash app telling the individual that you had to send a certain percentage in order for them to process the payment.

The cash app would do this constantly through my email. I told him that I wasn't paying him another cent after the con man got $1700s and harassed me to no end. However the damages were already done because he convinced me like others to take a picture of myself holding my driver's license and also doing something to my Facebook account (that I didn't know at the time) permission to change my email address and password. I have been off since mid September of last year and this guy has been harassing and scamming other of my friends with this same scheme and degrading my character to no end.

I'm not one to be disrespectful to others especially my elders and that is what drew the line for me. My elderly cousin's daughter called me asking why was I so rude to her mother on Facebook Messengers? I let her know that I was hacked and later called her mother and apologized and her mother know that I was also hacked. If you need screen shots of the conversation I had with this con man I will definitely be helpful with giving them to you.

Lucky I did that before I could no longer get on to facebook for good. Thank you for hearing and reading my grievances.

Monetary Loss: $1700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
