Facebook - Need help

Two days ago, my husband and I were subjected to a violent electronic attack, in which we almost lost all our accounts on most electronic platforms, but fortunately for my husband, he had previously secured them well. As for me, I lost my account on Facebook, and despite our many attempts to recover it by sending my ID, all of them failed, even though the codes reach me via email, but the multiple attempts spoiled the possibility of recovery.
