I am already pissed that my phone LCD got broken today so I had to purchase a new phone.
I have access to both my Facebook and Facebook Messenger primary and secondary email addresses. I have access to my mobile number as well. I receive the code when I get prompted to change my password but I NEVER RECEIVE THE 6-DIGIT code

I've already followed all steps in the HELP CENTER. I already attempted to call customer service and no one was available to speak with but just got prompted to go to HELP CENTER.
This is a *** loop process how do I get access to my account again???
