I and beyond upset the beginning of April I sent $40 via Facebook instant Messenger to my friend. She did not accept the $40 within the 7-day.
That Facebook requires so the money was taken out of my account however my friend did not accept it and Facebook refused to refund me the $40.i have 12 instant messenger thread from the same customer service representative named Taylor where she first requested my bank information to prove that the $40 came out of my bank then she requested the proof that my friend did not accept the $40 I sent her anything that she requested after each request she closed the case and told me I would not be getting my money back there was nobody to call on the last email that she sent me she told me that the case was finalized and closed and that I would not be getting my $40 back I am very angry it is principle and when I asked to escalate it and speak to somebody her Superior she closed that email thread 12 email threads each one containing a case number that she closed I am not sure what to do at this point I have a call out to my bank but I am very upset and I'm not letting this go. it go
