After being restricted from buying or sell on the Marketplace for an unspecified violation of standards, my requests for a review of this always returned the same stock answer. Obviously just the algorithm answering my emails.
I changed my approach and started asking for explanations and of their answers. Like, "can you explain which violation you're talking about?" It took approximately 35 back to back emails to the system. It would tell me of suspicious activity detected, reset your password. I would ask back, will this restore Marketplace access?
The system replied about finding suspicious activity and reset my account, w/Marketplace restored.
When asked what happened and how to prevent it, the system replied it did not know why or what happened to my account.
I don't think a human being besides myself was ever involved with this contact. It's all algorithm driven.
