New ReviewerI was suspended for 3 days about two weeks ago. I was ok with that, although I have only voiced my personal view on something without cussing or using abusive language.
I have not posted anything political or Covid related since.
Yesterday morning at 7:30am I was able to log in, posted to a few friends in a dog group and notified my local friends about a city meeting. Later at about 10:30am my account was logged out and I am not able to log in ever since. I even provided identification and used the code to change my password, nothing happens. At some point I ended up with a window in which it stated "log in not approved"
I was under the impression that suspended users can at least read posts and can use the messenger, but I can't even do that.
I am administrator of a large local group of about 1,800 members, we do nothing but sharing local information, we are not political active.
I can't even tell them that I might be out for a while. Is it fair?
I do not think so. If Facebook makes their own rules they should at least give their customer a fair chance to have a discuss it.
User's recommendation: I wish I had one.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Facebook Pros: I can communicate with residents in my town.
Facebook Cons: I am suspended for no apparent reason.
Location: Olmsted Falls, Ohio
