I had recently lost my phone but was able in a few days buy a new phone but move my information and # to this current one no prob. But when I went to use the Facebook app and use my information for login I got a notification asking me to kind of verify from that browser it said that it did not recognize it so I could try to log into Facebook from a device I'd use in the past which I don't have access to any at this moment either but I have done that in the past and the other option was of course to send them a copy of my my current picture ID so that they can do it which I would have loved to have done of course but also I was unable to because I had also earlier in that week lost my purse which had not only my bank card with all my money but my ID was with it and it would be easy to get another ID and easy peasy but I can't access my card or any money and so the Facebook thing is just added in a simple fact that my only problem in the whole thing was if I could just find my old phone then no worries but to be locked out and then have so much trouble logging back in when my actual login information was correct it's such a pain in the butt and I don't know what to do about it I need help to be able to log back in it should be as simple easy thing but apparently it's it's not simple and easy and I have a copy or a picture of my actual ID but I can't send it to you guys to verify it because however you guys want me to do it is an actual process that I can't do with that I should be able to just show you the picture and that should be sufficient but it's set up so wonderfully that everything you guys are telling me I am required to do all things that you wouldn't believe like it's it's so ridiculous that it might not even be worth it but I
User's recommendation: Until I see a reply I think I would give complete negative reply I mean I would not ask any of my friends to join on to this because of the bad experience.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
