Trying to help a nonprofit and Facebooks system is an endless loop of one department sending to another. No way to talk to a person.

We are in an endless loop of talking to middleman/concierge without ever getting to someone who know nonprofits and tax laws and makes decision.
It is no exaggeration that we have devoted 50plus volunteer hours on this. Those hours could be better ysed serving our students.
We are a legitimate nonprofit.
We are listed with IRS with Charity Navigator etc.
Years ago we provided all of our documentation to FB and had no problem.
Then policy changed and we were asked to supply the same information. For inane reasons we have been told the tax documents the IRS supplies to us are not what Facebook wants. The concierge has no idea about Charity law or tax laws Each new person sends me to the same page that tells me how to install a donate button but the Charity department has not restored that feature.
The concierge says we will get a letter from the Charity department within 14 days.
We get the same letter and requests for focus that the IRS does not require of us because our income is below 50,000 annually.
We have spent thousands of dollars with Facebook in advertising and there is no way for us to get help.I have since stopped all advertising so this is costing FB funds and they dont seem to care.
We are trying to deliver a service to the public. This is a huge waste of our time trying to restore what every other nonprofit has.
User's recommendation: Facebook customer service is antiquated and useless.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Facebook Pros: Talk to my family, Share our news and goals about the work our nonprofit is doing.
Facebook Cons: Has no resolution with their issues, Have to work with concierge who know no specifics, Concierge is uninformed and rude.
