New ReviewerI deleted a few albums and I placed them onto my Google photos and when it was time to download them onto my computer and putting them into my external drive I tried to open the files to put more pictures inside then I got corrupt files and did everything to retrieve and used winrar too. Nothing seems to work.
Theres a lot of things wrong with the file and I heard that you can retrieve back your photos on Facebook so thats my last resort bc Google photos you cant retrieve albums that where deleted and anyways when I try to in the download your information option people said you can click on photos and videos and theres absolutely no button in there. I dont wanna feel like I lost all my memories of pictures of my family and my pets etc I have really nothing and its upsetting and I really want my Photos back
