As of April 7th, 2022 my Personal and Business page on my Facebook were permanently disabled and I never received one word from Facebook. I have lost 14 plus years of my personal page and lost a growing business page.

I was paying Facebook money every day for ads and this is how they treat your customers. I sent them many emails and have never had one response from them. I was illegally hacked which was punishment enough. Then, they punish me by permanently disabling my account with not one word from them.

If this is how they treat their customers I never want to be a part of Facebook and Instagram again. They have terrible Customer Service and I have never gone through such an awful experience as I have with Facebook. My Discover Card that was hacked on the Facebook business account was great. They had a real person you could call and they took the unrecognized charges away and sent me a new card right away.

I was thankful for their great customer service.

Facebook has no customer service and can destroy your business and personal page in a day. I never want to be a part of this organization again.Kelly Pedersen

My Sussex County Beach Living account has been disabled and I can't go to the help center. I tried calling you and it said I can not talk to anyone on the phone.

Here is what happened to me last the past week while I was on vacation in St.

Lucia.

I tried to make a few posts on my Business Account: Sussex County Beach Living- under Kelly Rogers Pedersen. I have had my personal account for many years and my business account for over a year. I went to St. Lucia March 1st-8th to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I tried to make a few posts on my account and I believe my account was hacked. I have received several bills for $600 two days in a row and one for $900 another day that I do not recognize with my Discover credit card. It said for spacex project which I do not recognize. I have disputed these bills with my Discover card company.

You have disabled my account so I have no other way of contacting you to dispute these charges.

I have enjoyed using Facebook for my lifestyle business account at the Delaware Beaches. I have not had any problems with it until I went out of the country to St. Lucia March 1st -8th. I am back in the United States to my home in Milton Delaware.

I would like to be able to talk to someone about my account in how I can get it back. I have done very well with my business account and would like to keep it going and growing. This past year I went from 100 people to over 4000 followers and many people have been thankful for the information I share. I help people learn about the Delaware beaches by sharing things to do and promoting small businesses.

I would greatly appreciate talking to someone to find out how to fix my account. Thank you!
